To ensure a 1:1 realistic recreation, please provide photos that follow these four golden rules:
1. The 5 Essential Angles (Required)Your artist needs to see "around" the pet to build a 3D model.
- Front View: Level with the pet's eyes to capture facial expressions and chest markings.
- Left & Right Sides: Full profiles to see the body shape and leg positioning.
- Back View: To capture tail placement and back markings.
- Top View (Aerial): Looking straight down at the pet's back while they are in their sitting/lying pose.
2. Perfect Lighting & Clarity
- Natural Light: Take photos outdoors on an overcast day or indoors near a large window. Avoid harsh midday sun or dark rooms.
- No Flash: Flash flattens the pet's features and can change the apparent fur colour.
- Focus on the Eyes: Tap your phone screen to focus on the eyes; they carry the pet's personality.
3. Pose & Perspective
- Eye-Level is Best: Don't just stand and look down. Squat or lie on the floor to take photos at your pet's eye level to avoid "large head, small body" distortion.
- Stick to the Pose: Since we specialize in Sitting or Lying poses, all reference photos should ideally show the pet in that specific position.

What is your return policy for custom items?
Since each figurine is a 1-of-1 creation of your unique pet, we do not support refunds or returns once production has begun. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will prioritize a free replacement for you.
What kind of photos do I need to provide for the best results?
For a 1:1 realistic recreation, we require 5 essential angles: Front, Back, Left Profile, Right Profile, and a Top-Down (Aerial) view.
- Pro Tip: Take photos at your pet’s eye level in natural, even light (near a window or outdoors).
- Clarity is Key: Avoid blurry photos or harsh camera flashes, as these can hide the unique "fur flow" and true colors our artists need to see.
What is the typical size and where is the best place to display it?
Our custom figurines are master-crafted with a maximum dimension of 7cm (approx. 2.75 inches). This size is specifically chosen to capture incredible "micro-detail" while remaining elegant.
